These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.belluson.com and to all purchases made from Belluson (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

2. Products & Product Information

We try our best to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, and specifications as accurately as possible. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, production batches, or packaging updates.

Belluson wig care products are for external use only. Please follow the product instructions carefully. We recommend doing a patch test before use, especially for adhesive, remover, spray, gel, oil, or other styling products.

Please stop using the product immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are correct before completing checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, shipping restrictions, product restrictions, or payment issues.

Prices, product availability, and promotional offers may change without notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

For eligible ready-to-ship products, standard tracked shipping is included in the product price for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France.

Duties and taxes are covered with our standard tracked shipping service for the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France.

Estimated delivery time for standard tracked shipping is usually 8–16 business days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary due to weekends, holidays, local carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order processing time for ready-to-ship products is usually 3–5 business days before shipment.

DHL Express shipping is available by request for urgent orders, bulk orders, or private label/custom orders. Duties and taxes are not included with DHL Express and may be charged by the destination country or carrier upon delivery.

For countries outside the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France, please contact us before placing an order so we can confirm shipping availability, shipping cost, delivery time, and customs requirements.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.

Once tracking shows that the package has been delivered, Belluson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Belluson is not responsible for reshipping costs or replacement costs.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only update the address before the order has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns for eligible unused and unopened ready-to-ship products within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, wig care products, adhesives, liquids, gels, sprays, oils, and personal care items cannot be returned once opened, used, damaged, or tampered with, unless the product is defective or the return is required by applicable law.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by our product quality or our error, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product quality issue.

Original shipping costs, express shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and payment processing fees may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Custom, Private Label & Bulk Orders

Belluson offers custom label, custom logo, custom packaging, private label, and bulk order services, including but not limited to custom wig care products, custom packaging, custom accessories, hot tools customization, and other brand customization services.

For custom, private label, or bulk orders, customers must provide correct logo files, design requirements, product details, quantity, shipping information, and any other information needed for production.

We may provide a digital mock-up, design preview, or order confirmation before production when applicable. Production will only begin after the customer confirms the mock-up, design, product details, quantity, and order requirements.

Production time for custom wig care products and private label wig care products is usually 3–5 business days after the mock-up and order details are confirmed.

Production time for custom packaging and other custom products is usually 8–15 business days after the design, mock-up, and order details are confirmed. Production time may vary depending on quantity, material, printing process, packaging type, production schedule, holidays, or special customization requirements.

Once a custom, private label, packaging, or bulk order has been confirmed and production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed product quality issue caused by Belluson.

Custom products may have slight differences in color, size, placement, printing effect, material, packaging, or finishing due to production processes, material batches, and screen display differences.

8. Product Use & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for using products safely and according to the product instructions.

Belluson is not responsible for misuse, allergic reactions, improper application, improper storage, or results caused by using products in a way that is not recommended.

For professional wig installation, adhesive use, or chemical-related products, we recommend that customers follow professional guidance and perform a patch test before full application.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to photos, videos, logos, designs, text, product descriptions, graphics, and layout, belongs to Belluson or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, use, or publish any content from our website without our written permission.

For customer-provided logos, trademarks, designs, or brand materials, the customer confirms that they have the legal right to use those materials for custom production. Belluson is not responsible for trademark, copyright, or ownership disputes related to customer-provided designs.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Belluson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that specific order, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of China, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in the customer’s country or region.
