Application Tip: Apply in thin layers for a more natural-looking result. Avoid using too much product at once, as over-application may cause buildup or transfer before fully dry.

For external use only. Patch test recommended before use. Avoid direct contact with eyes, irritated skin, open wounds, or broken skin. If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with warm water. This product may stain skin, fabric, clothing, towels, or surfaces before fully dry. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation, redness, itching, or discomfort occurs.
Use in a well-ventilated area. Avoid inhaling the product directly. Allow the lace to dry fully before wearing, styling, or touching. Color results may vary depending on lace color, lace material, product amount, shade selection, and application method.

For regular stock products, returns may be accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, and in original condition.
For custom logo, private label, individual box, or personalized packaging orders, returns or cancellations are not accepted once production has started, unless there is a confirmed quality issue caused by production.
If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or videos so we can help resolve the issue.

Shipping & Duties
Standard tracked shipping is included for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France. Duties and taxes are covered with standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is usually 8–16 business days after dispatch.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship products usually require 3–5 business days before shipment.
DHL Express
DHL Express is available by request for urgent, bulk, or private label orders. Duties and taxes are not included with DHL Express and may be charged upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Unused and unopened ready-to-ship products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wig care products, adhesives, liquids, gels, sprays, oils, and personal care items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.
Custom & Private Label Orders
Custom wig care and private label wig care products usually require 3–5 business days after mock-up approval. Custom packaging and other custom products usually require 8–15 business days after design confirmation.
Once a custom, private label, packaging, or bulk order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed product quality issue caused by Belluson.
Address & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Once tracking shows delivered, Belluson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with the carrier.
