Before Production

For custom orders, we will confirm the logo placement, product color, plug type, voltage, packaging design, and order quantity with you before production. Please check all details carefully before approval. Once custom production starts, changes may not be available.

We offer worldwide shipping for Belluson hot tools. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on your order quantity, product model, packaging option, destination country, and selected shipping method.

For ready-made no-logo hot tools, processing time is usually faster if the products are in stock. For custom logo or custom packaging orders, production usually takes 3–10 business days after your logo, product details, plug type, voltage, and packaging design are confirmed.

Shipping Options

• DHL / FedEx / UPS Express: Usually takes around 4–7 business days after shipment.
• DDP Shipping: Usually takes around 10–20 business days after shipment. Duties and taxes are usually included, making it easier for customers to receive the package.
• Sea Shipping: Available for larger orders. Shipping time is usually longer but more cost-effective.

Please note that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, peak seasons, or unexpected delays.

Return Policy

For ready-made no-logo hot tools, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package if there is any quality issue or wrong item received.

For custom logo or custom packaging orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started, because the products are made specially for your brand.

However, if your order arrives with a quality issue, wrong logo customization, wrong plug type, wrong voltage, or production mistake caused by us, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, remake, or partial compensation.

To help us process your request quickly, please provide clear photos or videos of the product, logo, packaging, plug, and any visible issue.
