We offer worldwide shipping for custom products. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on your order quantity, product type, destination country, and selected shipping method.
For most custom orders, production usually takes 3–10 business days after your design/mock-up is confirmed. Once production is completed, your order will be shipped by the selected shipping method.
Please note that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Since custom products are made specially for your brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
However, if your order arrives with a quality issue, wrong customization, or production mistake caused by us, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, remake, or partial compensation.

MOQ depends on the product type, material, and customization method. Many custom products can start from a low MOQ, making it easier for small brands to begin.
For the best printing result, we recommend sending your logo in AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, or high-resolution JPG format. If you only have a simple logo image, you can still send it to us and we will check if it is suitable for customization.
We will confirm the mock-up with you before production. Please carefully check the logo, spelling, color, size, and placement. Once you approve the mock-up and production starts, changes may not be available.

Shipping & Duties
Standard tracked shipping is included for orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and France. Duties and taxes are covered with standard shipping. Estimated delivery time is usually 8–16 business days after dispatch.
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship products usually require 3–5 business days before shipment.
DHL Express
DHL Express is available by request for urgent, bulk, or private label orders. Duties and taxes are not included with DHL Express and may be charged upon delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Unused and unopened ready-to-ship products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wig care products, adhesives, liquids, gels, sprays, oils, and personal care items cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.
Custom & Private Label Orders
Custom wig care and private label wig care products usually require 3–5 business days after mock-up approval. Custom packaging and other custom products usually require 8–15 business days after design confirmation.
Once a custom, private label, packaging, or bulk order has been confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded unless there is a confirmed product quality issue caused by Belluson.
Address & Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address. Once tracking shows delivered, Belluson is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist with the carrier.
