We offer worldwide shipping for custom products. Shipping time and cost may vary depending on your order quantity, product type, destination country, and selected shipping method.
For most custom orders, production usually takes 3–10 business days after your design/mock-up is confirmed. Once production is completed, your order will be shipped by the selected shipping method.
Shipping Options
- DHL / FedEx / UPS Express: Usually takes around 4–8 business days after shipment.
- DDP Shipping: Usually takes around 10–20 business days after shipment. Duties and taxes are usually included, making it easier for customers to receive the package.
- Sea Shipping: Available for larger orders. Shipping time is usually longer but more cost-effective.
Please note that delivery time may be affected by customs clearance, local delivery conditions, holidays, or unexpected delays.
Return Policy
Since custom products are made specially for your brand, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
However, if your order arrives with a quality issue, wrong customization, or production mistake caused by us, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package. We will review the issue and offer a suitable solution, such as replacement, remake, or partial compensation.

Design File Tips
For the best printing result, we recommend sending your logo in AI, PDF, SVG, PNG, or high-resolution JPG format. If you only have a simple logo image, you can still send it to us and we will check if it is suitable for customization.
Before Production
We will confirm the mock-up with you before production. Please carefully check the logo, spelling, color, size, and placement. Once you approve the mock-up and production starts, changes may not be available.
